The Huawei Troubleshooting Series is a hands-on training program designed for network engineers who want to master real-world fault analysis in complex IP networks. Instead of focusing on theory-heavy lectures, this course emphasizes realistic troubleshooting scenarios drawn from enterprise, campus, and service provider environments.
Each case is built around an authentic network incident and includes full technical context such as topology diagrams, device configurations, CLI outputs, logs, Wireshark captures and debugging information. Participants take on the role of a network engineer in a live operations environment and are challenged to identify and resolve the root cause of each issue.
You don't need a lab environment; you can solve everything using the information provided here. At the very end of each case, there is a View Expert Analysis section that you can expand to see the analysis for solving the problem.
All cases were created without the use of AI by certified engineers with practical experience and structured in accordance with the freely available case (HTA-OSPF-01).
