Read Each Question Carefully: Huawei exam questions sometimes include subtle wording designed to test your attention to detail, such as phrases like “which answers are not correct”. Make sure you fully understand what each question is asking before attempting an answer. Slow down, read carefully, and pay attention to keywords to avoid common pitfalls.
Use the Elimination Method: For multiple-choice questions with a single correct answer, you can often eliminate 1-2 obviously incorrect options. This increases your chances of selecting the right answer, especially when you are unsure. Even for multiple-answer questions, narrowing down choices improves accuracy and helps manage time efficiently.
Manage Your Time Wisely: The exam consists of approximately 60 questions to be completed in 90 minutes, meaning some questions will require more attention than others. Complex questions may involve interpreting diagrams, configuration templates, or textual scenarios, so pace yourself accordingly. Keep an eye on the remaining time displayed during the exam and allocate time based on question difficulty.
Mark Questions to Review Later: If a question seems tricky or you are unsure of the answer, mark it and move on. You can return to it later, and sometimes the answer may become clearer as you encounter related questions. This strategy helps prevent getting stuck and ensures that you have enough time to attempt all questions.
Calculator Usage: A built-in calculator is available for the exam. However, conversion between DEC, HEX, and BIN is not supported, so you will need to perform these calculations manually. Familiarity with number system conversions beforehand can save valuable time during the exam.
